The Founders
In spite of vastly different educational experiences, the founders share the belief that sparking interest in math and the sciences at an early age is critical to students’ lifelong success. Jim enjoyed math and science throughout his schooling and went on to study Computer Science at Yale before working for a bastion of engineering, General Electric. Kevin focused on athletics from a young age and throughout high school and college he consistently struggled in math and science due to his lack of early exposure and interest. Jim and Kevin’s diverse backgrounds and common vision that students need fun, hands-on educational experiences provide the foundation for the idea behind Isaac Newton’s Mini Golf.
